NFL Season Predictions Part 2: NFC East

As training camp has emerged creating a vast set of emotions of both hope for rookies and redundant routines for veterans, it is never to early to began the rampant speculations surrounding the issue of how the teams will look in the standings come season end. Through my knowledge of the sport and teams, as well as careful analysis of recent off-season acquisitions and losses, I have come up with a forecast of how I expect each team to finish in its respective division.

Through my knowledge of the sport and teams, as well as careful analysis of recent off-season acquisitions and losses, I have come up with a forecast of how I expect each team to finish in its respective division.

Aidy Boothroyd – England’s Next Football Manager

The Premiership’s youngest manager is one of football’s most dynamic personalities. At just 34, he has been a professional manager for less than 18 months. But following his dramatic promotion with Watford last season from Championship manager to Premiership manager this season, he is now being tipped for even greater things. Many think he will now follow in the footsteps of another former Watford great, Graham Taylor, to become the next England manager.

AFC South 2006 Preview and Projections

1) Indianapolis: The bad news for the Colts is that they lost key players RB Edgerrin James, PK Mike Vanderjagt, and some defensive talent to free agency, the good news is that they are a pass first team anyway which somewhat negates the loss of James and they were able to steal away PK Adam Vinatieri from the Patriots and the free agent hits the Colts took on the defensive side of the ball won’t hurt much because of the comparatively weak division that the Colts reside in.

Being a BYU fan, it was sure tough to like as Marshal Faulk, then of San Diego State, run circles around the BYU defense.
